Rentegic rent collection and rental owner payment distributions are processed securely online through the Resident and Rental Owner Portals. Rental owner payments are generally issued within seven days of collection, subject to funds clearing. If rent is late, we follow up with the tenant and keep you informed about payment status and next steps.
Convenient online payments
In addition, residents can review their payment history, and set up recurring payments. The Residence Portal offers convenient payment options to help tenants stay on schedule and keep a record of their transactions.
Timely owner payments
Owner payments are typically issued within 7-days of rent being collected, subject to funds clearing. Financial reporting shows rent received, recorded expenses, management fees, and owner distributions so you can see how collected funds are applied.
Communication when rent is late
When rent is late, we communicate with both the tenant and the property owner. We follow up with the tenant about the outstanding balance and keep you informed about payment status and next steps. If a delay affects your expected owner payment, we explain where things stand and what we are doing to resolve it.
Financial reporting you can access anytime
The Rental Owner portal provides access to financial reports and property transaction history. As transactions are recorded, you can review rental income, expenses, and distributions without waiting for a monthly update. These records help you track property performance and keep financial information organized throughout the year.
Rent reporting options for tenants
Tenants can opt into a paid rent reporting service that reports rental payment activity to credit bureaus. Participation may help tenants establish or build their credit history, although credit score improvements are not guaranteed.
We make this option available through Resident Center and communicate enrollment information to tenants, including where offering a rent reporting option is required. Enrollment is voluntary and subject to the service’s terms and applicable fees.
