Rental turned Sale in San Juan Capistrano

What started as a property management engagement ultimately became the successful sale of a tenant-occupied 3-bedroom, 2-bath residence in the San Juan Hills 55+ community of San Juan Capistrano.

Like many long-held rental properties, there were a number of details to work through before we could get to the closing table: more than 20 years of rental wear and deferred maintenance, coordinating a tenant relocation, navigating multiple family trusts and working with the trust attorney, managing a complex transaction, and meeting the requirements of an active HOA.

Each issue required coordination, communication, and persistence, but we kept the process moving forward.

The property is now sold, the transaction is closed, and most importantly, the seller is very happy with the outcome.

This is one of the things I enjoy most about property management and real estate. Sometimes the job starts with managing a property, but the real value comes from being there to help an owner navigate whatever comes next.
