Tenant move-in includes property orientation and keys handover with the tenant. The tenant is guided through the Move-In/Move-Out Inspection and obtain tenant sign-off to document the property's condition for security deposit purposes.

Perform the pre-move out inspection if requested by the tenant.

Perform the final (required) move-out inspection prior to Security Deposit reconciliation.
