Property onboarding is the critical first step to building a solid partnership and ensuring success. A walkthrough to assess condition, note immediate needs, and document all unique features. Relevant leases, maintenance history, access details, and vendor contacts are collected. Compliance with local rental laws is reviewed, and any rent-ready prep is coordinated.
